Coaching Programmes
Let me support you to gain control over your health and wellness journey. I offer one to one coaching where we focus on your personal health goals. This could be developing a better understanding of nutrition, managing your blood sugar levels or improving your gut health. I also support clients with stress management and developing a better work/life balance. Often, we start with one area to work on and, as the sessions progress, we soon find other areas to work on as well. Sessions are either in person in Bishop's Stortford and the surrounding villages, or online via zoom.
