My Story
My journey into health and wellbeing coaching began with my own personal experiences. After experiencing burnout, stress, and the deep sadness of losing a loved one, I realised I needed to make a change.
With a family history of cancer and type 2 diabetes, I became increasingly aware of how my lifestyle choices could impact my long-term health. I knew I wanted to do everything I could to reduce my risk of chronic disease —not just for myself, but for my family too.
While studying for my Diploma in Health & Wellbeing Coaching, I began to make real, lasting changes in my own life. I discovered the power of nutrition, movement, and mindset in transforming health. Through this journey, I not only improved my own wellbeing, but I also found my passion: supporting others to feel healthier, stronger, and more in control of their own lives.
