
About Me

My Story
I experienced burnout in my thirties, juggling long work hours, family responsibilities, and growing concerns about my health. Living through this taught me firsthand what happens when the body is constantly under pressure and the importance of truly looking after your wellbeing. This experience inspired me to retrain as a health coach, starting by focusing on my own health and recovery.

Today, I use my personal journey to support others in preventing burnout and building sustainable wellbeing. I also work as an NHS Health and Wellbeing Coach for Cambridge City PCN, supporting patients with health conditions as well as stress management.
Together, we explore stress management, nutrition, lifestyle choices including exercise and sleep, mindset, and the practice of gratitude — all tailored to help you protect your energy, restore balance, and thrive.
